Program & Promotional Terms
These terms explain the introductory offer, recurring billing, cancellation, industry-and-area exclusivity, and BullsEye Value Challenge for the BullsEye Fully Managed AI Visibility Program for Home Service Companies.
“BullsEye,” “we,” and “us” refer to the service provider identified in your accepted service order, operating as BullsEye Internet Marketing. “You” and “your” refer to the business enrolling in the program.
These terms apply to this AI Visibility program. Separate advertising campaigns, website projects, and other services require their own agreed scope and pricing. A separate advertising agreement’s cancellation fee or promotional-credit provisions do not automatically apply to this
program.
1. Introductory Offer and Regular Pricing
Eligible businesses may enroll at $360 per month for their first three consecutive monthly service periods, an 80% reduction from the regular $1,800 monthly program fee.
Unless a later change is made under these terms.
The total program fee for three introductory months is $1,080, compared with $5,400 at the regular monthly rate—a difference of $4,320.
You are not required to purchase all three introductory months. Service is month-to-month, and you may cancel under Section 3.
Setup Fees Are Waived
All standard setup and onboarding fees for the included program are waived.
Waived setup fees will not be charged retroactively, including when you cancel during or afternthe introductory period. Canceling also does not cause previously completed introductory months to be repriced at $1,800.
Eligibility and Availability
The introductory offer applies to new, accepted enrollments in this program and is available once per participating business. Changing a business name, domain, billing contact, or account does not restart the introductory period.
Enrollment depends on program capacity and availability of the requested service category and geographic territory. BullsEye confirms acceptance in writing.
Promotional availability may change for future enrollments. An accepted introductory offer will be honored for the agreed introductory period.
2. Service Start Date, Monthly Billing, and Renewal
Your Service Start Date is the date confirmed in your enrollment documentation. It is not the date you request a free audit or consultation.
Before confirming that date, BullsEye and your business will identify the website access, account permissions, business information, and approvals needed to begin the agreed work.
Monthly Service Periods
Each service period runs from the Service Start Date or its monthly anniversary through the day before the next monthly anniversary.
For example, a service period beginning October 10 runs through November 9, with renewal on November 10. When a month does not contain the corresponding anniversary date, the renewal occurs on that month’s last calendar day.
Your enrollment confirmation identifies the billing schedule and the date on which the regular rate begins.
Program fees are billed monthly in advance. Any automatic payment requires your express authorization during enrollment.
Requesting an audit, attending a consultation, or submitting a website inquiry does not enroll you in recurring billing.
Once enrolled and authorized, the program renews monthly until canceled. The first three service periods are billed at $360 each unless the Value Challenge applies. The fourth service period renews at $1,800.
BullsEye will send a written reminder at least seven calendar days before your first renewal at the regular rate.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
There is no long-term commitment, no minimum three-month purchase, and no early termination fee.
You may cancel a future renewal by sending a written cancellation request before the next billing date.
How to Cancel
Reply to your enrollment confirmation or billing email, or submit the website contact form with the subject or message:
“Cancel AI Visibility Program.”
Include your business name and the email address associated with the account. You do not need to schedule a call, attend a meeting, or explain your reason for canceling.
To avoid the next monthly charge, your request must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the calendar day before the renewal date. The time your request is received controls—not the date BullsEye subsequently processes or acknowledges it.
BullsEye will acknowledge the request within two business days and confirm the service end date. A delay in acknowledgment does not invalidate a timely cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation
Service continues through the end of the current paid or approved free service period unless you request an earlier stop.
No additional monthly program fees will be charged after the effective cancellation date. Canceling does not reverse previously earned introductory discounts or approved Value Challenge benefits.
For a voluntary cancellation after a monthly service period has begun, the current period is not automatically prorated or refunded. However:
- Fees collected for service periods that have not begun will be refunded.
- Charges processed after a timely cancellation will be corrected.
- Approved Value Challenge refunds remain payable.
- A dispute involving undelivered services or a billing error is reviewed separately and is not denied solely because service has started.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
4. Included Services and Additional Costs
Your accepted service order identifies the included program, deliverables, covered business, service categories, and territory.
The introductory price applies to the agreed fully managed program. It is not a reduced-service, software-only, or self-service version of that program.
BullsEye will not add a separate fulfillment charge for an advertised included deliverable. The same principle applies during approved Value Challenge free months.
Costs Outside the Program
The monthly program fee does not automatically include advertising media spend, a new website or substantial website redevelopment, domain registration, website hosting, on-site photography or video production, or additional work beyond the accepted scope.
Any such service must be separately described, priced, and approved by you before BullsEye incurs the charge.
Applicable taxes, when legally required, will be identified on the invoice or payment confirmation.
Additional purchases are not required to receive the included program or an approved Value Challenge benefit. Any technical prerequisites or existing subscriptions your business must maintain will be disclosed before enrollment.
5. One Client Per Industry Per Geographic Area
BullsEye’s exclusivity commitment applies to the covered service categories and protected geographic territory agreed in writing before enrollment.
Covered Service Categories
Your enrollment documentation identifies the services covered by the exclusivity commitment. These may include one or more defined categories, such as plumbing, electrical services, or heating and air conditioning.
Where businesses offer overlapping services, BullsEye will evaluate the actual services being marketed—not simply the companies’ names or selected primary categories.
Protected Geographic Territory
Your protected territory will be identified through a specific list of cities, ZIP codes, counties, or a mutually approved boundary map.
A broad description such as “South Florida” or “the greater metropolitan area” does not establish a territory unless its boundaries are expressly defined and accepted.
BullsEye will confirm availability and resolve potential conflicts before accepting the enrollment. If a conflicting existing commitment prevents the requested protection, BullsEye will disclose that issue before accepting the territory.
Scope and Duration of Protection
While your program is active, BullsEye will not accept another client for marketing the same covered services within your protected territory.
Protection applies during paid introductory months and approved Value Challenge free months. It is not reduced because the program fee has been discounted or waived.
Changes to covered services or territory require written agreement and an availability review. BullsEye will not reduce an accepted territory without your agreement.
Protection ends when your service ends. It does not restrict where your business may accept customers, prevent independently marketed businesses from serving the area, or guarantee exclusive placement in search results or AI answers.
A free audit, consultation, or inquiry does not reserve a territory. Reservation begins when BullsEye confirms your accepted enrollment and territory in writing.
6. The BullsEye Value Challenge
The BullsEye Value Challenge allows an eligible business to submit a current, written, verifiable offer from a bona fide marketing provider that includes more materially
comparable deliverables at the same or lower qualifying price.
When an offer meets the requirements below, the program fees for your first three monthly service periods are waived.
The challenge evaluates documented price, included work, and management level. It does not require you to purchase another provider’s services.
Qualifying Price Requirements
For this introductory promotion, the written offer must meet all of these conditions:
Unless a later change is made under these terms.
Price comparisons exclude legally required taxes but include charges necessary to receive the quoted services.
For example, an offer at $350 per month with a mandatory $100 setup charge totals $1,150 over its first three months. That offer would not meet the $1,080 first-three-month limit.
An offer does not qualify merely because it costs less than BullsEye’s $1,800 regular rate. It must also satisfy the introductory-price requirements above.
7. What “More Materially Comparable Deliverables” Means
A qualifying offer must provide a demonstrable increase in at least one meaningful recurring deliverable without materially reducing the overall program scope, quality standards, or management level.
BullsEye evaluates the work the provider is committing to perform—not the number of bullet points used to describe it.
Comparison Categories
Equivalent quality-control methods may qualify even when the provider uses different terminology. A provider does not need to use BullsEye’s exact wording or internal scoring system.
However, a larger quantity does not establish comparability when it represents substantially less work. For example, unreviewed drafts are not automatically equivalent to researched, edited, optimized, and published articles.
The comparison uses the BullsEye program offered to you when you enrolled or submitted a pre- enrollment challenge. BullsEye will not add requirements after submission to make an otherwise qualifying offer ineligible.
Offers That Do Not Qualify
Software-only subscriptions, self-service programs, strategy reports without comparable implementation, barter arrangements, and unverifiable offers do not qualify.
Neither do incomplete estimates, verbal promises, expired offers, fabricated documents, or multiple unrelated offers combined into one comparison.
A customized written proposal can qualify when it is genuine, current, available to your business, and fully documented. An offer requiring an undisclosed purchase, referral arrangement, ownership relationship, or other special benefit must disclose that condition and cannot be treated as an ordinary cash-price offer.
8. Submitting and Verifying a Value Challenge
Submission Deadline
Submit your challenge within 30 calendar days after your start date.
A submission received within that period remains timely while requested clarification or verification is pending. BullsEye’s processing time does not make a timely submission late.
Required Documentation
Provide the complete written proposal or offer, including the provider’s identity and contact information, the offer date and validity period, included deliverables, quantities and frequencies, management responsibilities, all required charges, cancellation terms, and any price changes after a promotional period.
You must be permitted to share the material. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, customer records, or information you are prohibited from disclosing.
Submit the request through your BullsEye account contact or the website contact form using “BullsEye Value Challenge” in the message. BullsEye will provide a method for supplying supporting documents.
Review Process
BullsEye will acknowledge receipt within two business days.
When additional information is needed, BullsEye will identify it in writing. You will ordinarily have 10 business days to provide the requested information; an extension may be agreed when verification reasonably requires more time.
BullsEye will issue a written determination within 10 business days after receiving complete, verifiable information . With any necessary permission, BullsEye may contact the issuing provider to confirm availability, pricing, and scope.
The determination will explain the price and deliverable comparison. If the offer does not qualify, BullsEye will identify the specific unmet requirement rather than relying on an unexplained discretionary rejection.
You may request reconsideration within 10 business days and provide supporting clarification. BullsEye will respond within 10 business days after receiving a complete reconsideration request.
For these procedures, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
9. How the Three-Free-Month Benefit Is Applied
An approved Value Challenge reduces the included program fee to $0 for your first, second, and third monthly service periods.
The benefit applies to the same included program—not a reduced package.
When Approval Occurs Before Billing
BullsEye will waive the program fees for the first three service periods. Approved invoices or account records will show the waiver.
When You Have Already Paid
BullsEye will refund the qualifying program fees already collected for those first three service periods and waive any remaining program fees within that period.
Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days after approval, normally to the original payment method. You do not have to continue into a paid fourth month to receive an earned refund.
At the advertised introductory rate, the maximum refund of program fees already paid for all three introductory months is $1,080. The benefit is not a $5,400 cash payment.
Renewal After the Free Period
The fourth service period renews at $1,800 per month unless canceled under Section 3.
The benefit replaces the first three introductory monthly charges. It does not create three additional free months after the introductory period, and it does not restart the $360 introductory price after the free months end.
Cancellation During Free Service
You may cancel during the free period without a termination fee or retroactive setup charge. Unused future free service periods have no cash value and are not transferable. Cancellation does not eliminate an approved refund for qualifying fees already collected.
The challenge may be applied once to an eligible enrollment and cannot be used to create repeated promotional periods through account changes or reenrollment.
Separately approved services outside the included program remain subject to their own pricing. No such purchase is required to receive the free program months.
10. Client Access, Information, and Approvals
BullsEye manages the work within the accepted scope. Your business remains responsible for supplying accurate information, authorized account access, usable assets, and decisions or approvals reasonably required to perform that work.
BullsEye will identify material access or approval problems and explain their effect on the schedule. A necessary scheduling adjustment does not silently remove an included deliverable or authorize an additional charge.
You are responsible for confirming that business claims supplied for publication—including licensing, qualifications, warranties, service availability, and customer statements—are accurate and authorized.
11. Results and Third-Party Platforms
The program is designed to help search engines and AI systems discover, understand, retrieve, and potentially cite information about your business.
BullsEye does not guarantee particular rankings, AI recommendations, citations, indexing, review removals, lead quantities, sales, or revenue.
Historical results and examples do not guarantee your results. Performance varies with the business, market, website, competition, implementation, customer demand, and other factors.
Search engines, AI providers, directories, review platforms, and publishers control their own systems and decisions. BullsEye cannot directly control their outputs or guarantee inclusion in AI training datasets.
The Value Challenge is a price-and-deliverables commitment, not a performance guarantee. These performance limitations do not excuse BullsEye from providing agreed services, applying an approved promotional benefit, or correcting a billing error.
12. Changes, Accepted Agreements, and Questions
BullsEye will honor accepted introductory pricing and approved Value Challenge benefits. Changes to promotions for future customers do not retroactively alter your accepted offer or a timely challenge submission.
After the stated transition to the regular rate, any later change to your recurring program fee requires at least 30 calendar days’ advance written notice and an opportunity to cancel before the changed rate takes effect.
Material changes to service scope or territory require written agreement. Publishing a revised webpage does not by itself amend your accepted service order.
Your enrollment documents must clearly identify any specifically negotiated differences from this program. A general reference to unrelated advertising terms does not impose an additional cancellation fee, revoke waived setup fees, or change an approved Value Challenge benefit.
For billing questions, cancellation, or a Value Challenge submission, reply to your BullsEye enrollment or billing email or use the website contact form. Include your business name and the subject of your request so it can be routed appropriately.
9. Value Challenge Decision and Benefit
BullsEye will review the submitted documentation and verify the provider, pricing, included deliverables and management level. If clarification is needed, BullsEye will request it. BullsEye will communicate its decision in writing and explain any qualification requirements that were not met.
If approved, the program fees for your first three monthly service periods are waived. The benefit applies to the included fully managed program, with no separate fulfillment charge for advertised included deliverables.
If you have already paid program fees for any of those first three service periods, those fees will be refunded. Any remaining qualifying introductory service periods will be provided without a program fee. The approval notice will identify the covered periods and any refund due.
After the third monthly service period, service continues month-to-month at the regular $1,800 monthly rate unless canceled under Section 3. Approval does not create a minimum three-month commitment or change the cancellation provisions.
